Registrations are now closed

The registration fees for the school were 

• 250 € including accommodation in single room
  
• 220 € including accommodation in double room

These fees include

• Lectures at the IESC
• Accommodation in double or single rooms at the IESC or in shared apartment in Cargèse (20 min by foot from IESC) from Sunday evening to Saturday morning (6 nights)
• The bus transfer from Ajaccio airport to Cargèse/IESC on Sunday evening
• The bus transfer back to Ajaccio airport on Saturday morning
• Lunches and dinners (including welcome drink and school barbecue)
• Refreshments during coffee breaks
• A half-day excursion on Wednesday afternoon

Cancellation Policy

Participants wishing to cancel their application should send an email to esnms2024[at]gmail.com as
soon as possible. If the cancellation is made before October 4, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations after October 4, the fee will be not be refunded. Requests for a refund in the case of serious personal circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency…) communicated before the start of the school will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence will be requested.
