Registration

 The registration fees for the workshop are 

• 250 € for senior researchers
  
• 150 € for junior / non permanent researchers (Master students, PhD, PostDocs)

These fees include

• Attending the sessions
• Refreshments during coffee breaks and poster session
• A half-day visit of the HOR research reactor of the TU Delft Reactor Institute

                     REGISTRATION 

To register to the workshop, you must:
1) Complete the registration form by July 1st, 2025 https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/8eb39406-92f6-4353-0f76-8faf1c85588e

2) Pay the registration fee of the workshop by bank transfer before July 15, 2025. The bank information and payment procedure are included in the notification email if you submitted an abstract. If not, it will be sent to you upon registration.

If your payment is not received by July 15, 2025, we cannot ensure that you will be able to attend the workshop and present your communication if it was accepted. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are facing delays or issues with the payment.

Cancellation Policy

Participants wishing to cancel their attendance should send an email to nufuel2025[at]tudelft.nl as soon as possible. If the cancellation is made before August 15, the registration fee  will be reimbursed. For cancellations after that date, the fee will be not be refunded. Requests for a refund in the case of serious personal circumstances (e.g., illness, family emergency…) communicated before the start of the workshop will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Supporting evidence will be requested.
