It is with great pleasure that we invite you to join us at the first ESNII+ Workshop on Joint Programming (workpackage 2). The event will take place on 22 and 23 October 2015 in Brussels.

It will help to work towards an overall strategic roadmapping for ESNII that will embed the possibility of joint programming. Joint programming between national actors, Member States and the EU will provide a sound basis for longer term and larger collaboration between the different actors by pulling together part of their resources to realise a common programme.

The workshop will cover the ESNII projects ASTRID, MYRRHA, ALFRED and ALLEGRO during the opening session on the first day. Design codes, MOX fuel, and instrumentation & in-service inspection and repair will also be discussed and possible joint programming opportunities will be identified. The second day (morning) will be dedicated to materials. We look forward to seeing you and pushing our discussions further in Brussels.
